Ages 6–8: Foundations & Fun

In this group, the focus is on fun, movement and coordination. Athletes learn basic bodyweight exercises, balance drills and age-appropriate games that teach the fundamentals of fitness. Sessions emphasize listening skills, teamwork and confidence—creating a positive association with exercise.

Goals:

  • Develop motor skills and body awareness
  • Introduce foundational movements (squats, jumps, push-ups, etc.)
  • Promote teamwork and fun through games and challenges
Ages 9–12: Skill Development & Confidence

This age group begins to focus more on movement quality, skill development and building strength and stamina. Kids are introduced to light weights, proper technique and structured workouts—while still keeping fun and engagement at the core.

Goals:

  • Improve strength, agility, and coordination
  • Learn proper technique in basic lifts and gymnastics skills
  • Build self-confidence through measured progress and goal setting
Ages 13–18: Performance & Progression

Teens transition into a more structured training environment, focusing on strength, conditioning and overall athletic development. Programming is scalable to support both beginners and advanced athletes, with a strong emphasis on technique, consistency and mental toughness.

Goals:

  • Build strength and endurance through progressive training
  • Refine technique in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and conditioning
  • Encourage discipline, leadership, and a growth mindset
  • Prepare athletes for sport or general fitness longevity

All participants will receive one (1) complimentary ticket and can receive up to two (2) adult complimentary tickets for a parent, guardian or family member to attend the 2025 Age Group CrossFit Games.
